Does anybody know if the .69 per statute mile as posted on
eclipseaviation.com includes engine reserve? Also, going by the trip
profiles on the website, it looks like the cost would be a lot higher
on shorter trips... like the .69 is based on a max range trip, any
ideas?

It probably assumes that everything is under warranty since that is about
the only way to get such low cost numbers. It seems kind of unlikely that
one airplane is going to be about 30% cheaper to operate than the nearest
competitor. Anyway, it hasn't even flown yet.
